Room Attendant

Job Summary

Join the dynamic team at MY INN HOTEL GROUP and be part of the first batch of employees for the pre-opening of our newly hotel in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of guest rooms and hotel areas while ensuring excellent guest satisfaction through efficient and quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish room amenities.
• Ensure guests rooms, hallways, and assigned areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Report damaged items, maintenance concerns, and lost-and-found items immediately.
• Inspect rooms before releasing them for guest occupancy.

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns.
• Provide friendly, professional, and helpful service at all times.
• Coordinate with the front desk and housekeeping team regarding room status and guest needs.

• Properly use and maintain housekeeping tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
• Follow hotel cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Assist in general housekeeping and operational tasks when needed.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• With experience in housekeeping, hotel, or related work is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, and trustworthy.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• Flexible to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
