Marketing Affiliate Sales Specialist (IGaming and Mandarin Speaker)
We are looking for a results driven Marketing Affiliate Sales Specialist to join our dynamic
Digiplus team. This role is crucial in executing both offline and online marketing strategies
with a strong focus on acquisition, activation, and performance optimization. The ideal
candidate must be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Tagalog, and will be directly
responsible for driving First Deposits (FD) and maximizing Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR)
through well planned strategic partnerships and targeted campaigns. The specialist will
also serve as assistant to the Offline Marketing department head, providing support in
planning, reporting, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding
Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliates across various platforms (offline and
online).- Campaign Execution
- Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, influencers, and offline
partners.- Performance Tracking
Monitor affiliate performance daily/weekly/monthly; optimize based on KPIs such as
FD and GGR.- Market Intelligence
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies, especially in the
gaming and affiliate marketing space.- Collaboration
Work closely with internal marketing, finance, legal, creatives, and operations
teams to ensure campaign alignment and smooth execution.- Events & Activations
Organize and participate in promotional events, expos, and local activations to
increase brand visibility, activations and partner engagement.- Administrative & Strategic Support to Department Head
Assist with internal planning, documentation, reporting, and presentations. Help
coordinate cross functional initiatives and follow-ups.
Job Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Tagalog.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in affiliate marketing, sales, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving measurable KPIs like FD, GGR, or user acquisition
- Tech & Presentation Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reports,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be confident in managing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of online and offline marketing strategies.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Willing to travel for offline activations and events, as needed.
