Corporate Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

A Corporate Sales Specialist focuses on selling products or services to other businesses or organizations, rather than individual consumers. Their primary responsibilities include assisting the Corporate Sales Manager by identifying potential clients, building relationships, conducting sales presentations and providing customer service to existing accounts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, corporate sales, or administrative role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Corporate Sales Manager in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Support in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of client orders.
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining client databases, tracking sales leads, preparing regular sales reports and other clerical work
• Respond to client inquiries and follow up on sales activities and outstanding documents.
• Organize and support corporate sales events, meetings, and presentations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategy development.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of sales activities, contracts, and communications.
