Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and controlling documents for multiple projects and tenders. This role involves receiving, reviewing, and distributing project documentation in accordance with company and client procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the document control system, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Review and process engineering drawings and specifications, including General Arrangements (GA), Isometric, P&ID, and Standard Drawings.
  • Ensure accurate filing, tracking, and retrieval of documents in line with company standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure documents meet required specifications and are distributed efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively to understand and convey instructions regarding document workflows.
  • Support project teams by providing documentation updates and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a Document Controller role or a similar position, with experience handling Australian clients.
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., GA, Isometric, P&ID, Standard Drawings).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly understand and relay instructions.
  • Familiarity with document management systems.
  • Highly organized with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm)
