HR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Work location: Segra, Buanoy, Balamban Cebu / Arpili, Balamban, Cebu
SPECIFIC TASKS AND DUTIES :
- Calculate and process employee wages, salaries, and deductions. Ensure accurate and timely payroll distribution.
- Manage and organize HR-related activities.
- Maintain and update employee records, both electronic and paper. Ensure that all HR documentation is accurate and confidential.
- Review resumes and applications of candidates.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants.
- Assist with onboarding, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial paperwork.
- Help manage the off-boarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews, and processing final paperwork.
- Assist with benefits administration, including processing enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
- Ensure that HR practices comply with legal regulations and company policies.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees’ HR-related questions and provide information or direct them to the appropriate person.
- Distribute HR announcements, updates, and company policies to employees.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s college degree.
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in HR Functions, especially in payroll.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and must have confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent management, monitoring, coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Computer literate, well versed with MS Office.
