Sales Director - Cybersecurity
- Managed Cybersecurity Services Solution SellingDrive sales across the company's cybersecurity services, including:
- Managed Detection & Response (MXDR) for endpoints and SIEM
- Digital Risk Protection (Threat Intelligence)
- Third-Party Risk Management (Supply Chain Defense)
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, architects, and technical specialists to deliver solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Execute enterprise sales initiatives focused on banking and finance sectors, multinational corporations, highly regulated industries, and government agencies
- Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
- Drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- Enterprise Account Management
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, risk officers, procurement leaders, and board stakeholders
- Lead complex, consultative sales engagements involving multiple business and technical decision-makers
- Negotiate large-scale contracts, renewals, and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Channel & Partner Ecosystem
- Build strategic relationships with system integrators, technology alliances, distributors, and channel partners
- Collaborate with alliance teams to drive co-selling opportunities and partner-led revenue growth
- Support joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic technology partners
- Forecasting & Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting in Salesforce
- Provide regular business updates, market intelligence, and revenue forecasts to executive leadership
- Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging cybersecurity trends
- Familiarity with tools such as Gong and Claude is an advantage
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing teams on enterprise campaigns, executive events, and thought leadership initiatives
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams during enterprise negotiations and contract execution

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field;.
- At least 5 years in cybersecurity sales leadership
- Proven track record exceeding multimillion-dollar annual sales targets.
- Demonstrated success leading complex sales cycles with long-term strategic customers.
- Experience using sales platforms like Salesforce
- Experience in selling managed cybersecurity services.
- Existing relationships within enterprise security and IT communities
- Existing relationships with system integrators in the Philippines, technology alliances,
- distributors, and channel partners
