DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Operations to oversee and manage the company’s overall business operations, with particular focus on international sales, hospitality operations, business development, strategic planning, and organizational growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing operational systems, managing local and international teams, driving revenue growth, and implementing global best practices in customer acquisition and property management.

• Oversee all daily business and operational activities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive company growth.
• Manage international sales and business development efforts.
• Supervise staff, contractors, and outsourced personnel.
• Implement automation systems and operational efficiencies.
• Manage hospitality and short-term rental operations.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with partners, clients, and vendors locally and internationally.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in operations management, international sales, business development, and strategic leadership.
• Demonstrated experience working in international markets and cross-cultural business environments.
• Extensive background in outbound sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
• Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook Ads and online booking platforms.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, short-term rental management, and customer service systems.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and other business automation tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to design and implement operational systems, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Remarks

Salary: ₱100,000 – ₱120,000 per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
