- Key Responsibilities?
- Handle day-to-day finance operations including monitoring expenses, processing payments, and managing cash flow.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Act as the bridge between finance and accounting, coordinating documentation, reconciliations, and reporting requirements.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and audit schedules.
- Support management with financial analysis and reports for decision-making.
- Ensure timely submission of government and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiency within the finance team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting/finance software.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
