The Finance Officer - Administration is responsible for monitoring and reviewing daily operational activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves verifying that all daily sales, expenses, and financial transactions are properly recorded, reconciled, and reported.

Prepares regular financial reports to support management in decision-making and ensures transparency and accountability in financial operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

Male or female
Must be a graduate of BS in accounting, business management or equivalent field
With relevant experience in compliance/administrative tasks. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines
Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial systems
