Bookkeeper (ADP - 01312025 - PTB)

Schedule: SGT

Tasks:

• Record and manage payments for business transactions.
• Send Statements of Account (SOA) to customers at the beginning of each month.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks.
• Monitor and track accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and documents.
• Stay up-to-date with Singaporean accounting laws and regulations.
• Provide support for tax filings and compliance related to Singapore's regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or any relevant role is required
• Working experience in accounting software is a must
• Strong understanding of Singapore's accounting laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and bank reconciliations.
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP (GSuite, Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.)
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized, and able to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks
