We're opening our first office in the Philippines — and we're looking for our founding Bookkeeper hire to join us on this journey. This is a chance to grow with us from day one, work directly with North American clients, and help shape the future of our PH team.

• Handle bookkeeping for Canadian clients using QuickBooks Online.
• Reconcile accounts, prepare financial reports, and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian bookkeeping and tax requirements.
• Collaborate with the Canadian head office team on client support.
• Suggest improvements using automation & AI tools to streamline processes.
• Take on leadership opportunities as the PH office expands.

• 3–5 years bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Online required).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
• Experience supporting North American clients (Canada/US) in a BPO setting.
• Minimum 2 years of North American BPO bookkeeping experience is required.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable — eager to learn about AI & automation.
