Posted on 6 July 2026- Responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of fans and blower under building management.
- Routine inspection, Troubleshoot issue and ensure that all equipment is functioning efficiently to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
- Setting up electrical systems, including wiring, circuit, switches and outlets according to electrical codes.
- Conducting preventive maintenance task of electrical and mechanical systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment status and recommendation for improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Technology or in any related field.
- Work related experience is an advantage (1-2 years).
- Strong electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- With or Without professional License (Master Electrician)
