Maintenance Technician (MST) is responsible for the inspection, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance of building facilities, equipment, and utility systems. The role ensures that all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air conditioning, and other facility systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
Qualifications/Requirements- At least High School Graduate, Vocational Graduate, or College Level.
- Vocational/Technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), or related field is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in maintenance, building facilities, or equipment repair
Knowledgeable in: Electrical systems
Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC/RAC)Plumbing
