Process Excellence/Improvement Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Process Excellence Analyst / Process Improvement Analyst to drive operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will be instrumental in identifying process gaps, implementing solutions, and ensuring measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct research and benchmarking exercises to identify best practices and emerging trends.
• Develop and implement improved operational processes, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and report on the performance of implemented processes, ensuring continuous optimization.
• Coordinate with department managers and staff to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.
• Manage process-related change initiatives and address any resistance or concerns.
• Develop training materials and provide training/support to staff regarding new processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Conduct end-to-end process reviews to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to support adoption of new processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (mandatory).
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operational excellence roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement frameworks.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) and process mapping software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
