Sales Account Executive

The Account Executive plays a vital role in the Sales and Marketing team, driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement and tailored solutions. This position requires a proactive communicator with a strong understanding of the construction industry—particularly in lightweight precast concrete panels—to build lasting partnerships and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and research potential clients within the construction and real estate sectors.
- Develop and execute strategies to engage prospects effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Deliver persuasive product presentations highlighting the benefits of lightweight precast concrete panels.
- Customize solutions to meet specific client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with a focus on mutual satisfaction.
- Manage contracts and ensure alignment with company policies.
- Monitor sales activities and performance metrics.
- Provide market insights and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, production, and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
- Share client feedback to support product development and innovation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and construction market dynamics.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with exposure to precast concrete panels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Familiarity with sales tracking tools and CRM systems is a plus.
