We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales / Account Executive for LifeSmart to promote and sell our home automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of smart home technologies and a proven track record in sales.You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, preparing quotations, and managing client relationships from initial consultation through post-installation support.
What you'll be doing- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with target accounts
- Developing and implementing account management strategies to strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring they are aligned with the company's commercial objectives
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations and cost estimates based on customer requirements.
- Customize proposals, including product specifications, pricing, layout diagrams, and installation timelines.
- Ensure quotations are competitive and align with company pricing strategy and margin goals.
- Revise quotations promptly based on client feedback or scope changes.
- Providing excellent customer service and timely responses to client queries and concerns
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Maintaining accurate records of all account activities and sales pipeline data
- Regularly reporting on account performance, identifying growth potential and areas for improvement
- Male or Female
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an account management or sales role, experience in Home Automation is a PLUS
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of successfully securing new business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
