Sales Supervisor
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage the execution of various Sales activities, implementation of Inventory Optimizations, and Data Analysis on a Regional level in order to hit Sales Target and other KPIs.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Finance or other related fields
Related Work Experience:- At Least 4 years of Work Experience on Sales and/or Marketing
- Preferably with experience handling Retail products
Knowledge (knowledgeable in the following): Selling Principles and Processes, Customer Service, Gold & Jewelry Retail Industry, Basic Jewelry Appraising
Skills:Effective Communicator: The ability to speak, listen, write, and present clearly and persuasively to customers, prospects, team members, and leadership.
Strong Leadership: The ability to motivate and guide their teams, while also delegating tasks and providing support.Problem-solver: Ability to identify, anticipate, and resolve problems as efficient as possible

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Effective Sales Implementation & Monitoring
Implementing sales strategies aligned with the Business Objectives, Market Opportunities and set KPIs, across the assigned region and selling touchpoints.
Data Collection and Analysis
As part of the Sales Report, accurately capture data to help assess the performance of the business from national up to branch level and provide insights and recommendations that will help meet our KPIs
Identify Sales Opportunities & Build Partnerships
Identify potential sale opportunities in the region, propose local initiatives and build partnerships among high-valued customers and regular customers
