Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance recruitment, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strategic mindset when it comes to evaluating and engaging talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and interview candidates for finance-related roles, ensuring alignment with hiring needs.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial candidate engagement through final selection.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and guidance on talent acquisition.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records in Manatal (ATS) and Airtable to track candidate progress.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in finance roles that are looking to shift into a recruitment/advisory role.
• Strong knowledge in Finance and candidate assessment skills.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience handling multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with Manatal (ATS) and Airtable for recruitment tracking and management.
• Experience hiring for international finance roles.
• Background in agency or executive search recruitment.
