Key Duties & Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
Promote sales, special offers, and store promotions
Maintain proper arrangement and cleanliness of merchandise displays
Restock shelves and monitor inventory availability
Assist in cashiering and payment processing when required
Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Support receiving, organizing, and inventory counting activities
Ensure compliance with store policies and operational procedures
Assist in store opening and closing activities
