Quantity Surveyor/Drafting Specialist

Your work will be integral to maintaining our project workflow and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately mark up technical drawings, including floor plans and RCPs, based on client specifications.
• Maintain clear, organised records of all drawings, ensuring accessibility and traceability.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on project requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of all tasks, adhering to a strict 18-hour turnaround time for drawing markups.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, building plans, and related documentation.
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all markups and records.
• Ability to interpret and implement client changes based on written instructions effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborative work with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Experience:

• Previous experience in Quantity Surveying, Drafting, or a similar technical position is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates eager to learn and grow within the role.
