Sr. Demand Planner

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and business insights.
- Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams for demand planning.
- Monitor inventory and recommend replenishment plans to prevent stock shortages or overstock.
- Prepare demand planning reports, KPIs, and forecast analyses.
- Identify demand risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Support S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) activities.
- Improve forecasting processes and planning efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy in ERP and planning systems.
- Mentor and guide junior demand planners when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chain planning.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query is an advantage).
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
