About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive Cum Admin to join our team at GAFUNG PETROLEUM (M) SDN. BHD. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing- Maintaining accurate financial records and accounts, including processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Providing administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling general office duties
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing necessary changes
- Adhering to all relevant accounting regulations, policies, and procedures
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounts-related or administrative role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
