Virtual Admin Assistant

As a Virtual Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth appointment coordination and backend support. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and verifying appointment bookings
  • Identifying and correcting scheduling errors
  • Communicating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and follow-through
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in administration supporting HR, Finance, or Payroll functions
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and admin tools
  • Willingness to learn and grow across HR, Finance, and Payroll areas
  • Prior experience in appointment booking or admin support is a plus
