Virtual Admin Assistant

As a Virtual Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth appointment coordination and backend support. You’ll be responsible for:
- Reviewing and verifying appointment bookings
- Identifying and correcting scheduling errors
- Communicating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Ensuring accurate documentation and follow-through
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in administration supporting HR, Finance, or Payroll functions
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and admin tools
- Willingness to learn and grow across HR, Finance, and Payroll areas
- Prior experience in appointment booking or admin support is a plus
