The Role

You will be the first human voice most senior leaders hear from Ignite Purpose. Your job is to turn warm and targeted leads into qualified strategy conversations with our senior consultants.

Every week, you will be:

  • Making outbound calls to senior executives in AU and North America (phone is the primary channel)
  • Following up across email, LinkedIn, and CRM sequences
  • Qualifying leads against clear criteria (role, readiness, need)
  • Booking discovery calls for our senior consultants
  • Owning your pipeline inside GoHighLevel
  • Tracking your own conversion metrics and improving them every month

You will be responsible for 30 qualified, held appointments per quarter once ramped. Not 30 bookings. Thirty meetings that actually happen with the right people.

This Role Is For You If...
  • You are genuinely confident on the phone. You can talk to a CFO or a Head of People without changing your voice or your posture.
  • You do not read scripts. You use frameworks, you listen, and you respond to what the person in front of you actually said.
  • You have worked B2B before. SDR, BDR, appointment setting, consulting sales, or professional services, you know what a pipeline is, and you know how to manage one.
  • Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience is required for this position.
  • You can work AU and North American hours. This is a split-coverage role. You need to be comfortable with a schedule that covers both time zones.
  • You must be available for flexible overlap hours to provide coverage across both Australian and North American time zones.
  • You write clearly. Your follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages need to meet executive standards.
  • You own your numbers. You don't blame the leads, the list, or the market. You look at what's working, change what isn't, and keep moving.
This Role Is Not For You If...
  • You have never made outbound calls to senior decision-makers
  • Prior experience calling senior executives at C-level or VP level is required and non-negotiable for this role.
  • You are uncomfortable being measured on outcomes, not activity
  • You want a fixed 9-to-5 in one time zone
  • You need a script to feel safe on a call
  • You are looking for a stepping-stone role you can coast in for six months

We would rather leave this role unfilled than fill it with the wrong person.

What You Will Earn
  • Base: Competitive base per annum, paid bi-weekly (ramped tier in months 1–3, confirmed tier from month 4)
  • Quarterly performance bonus tied to qualified appointments held, pipeline conversion, and closed revenue share
  • Uncapped revenue share component: the more value you help create, the more you earn. Top performers exceed AUD $47,000+ annual total compensation
  • Monthly 1:1 coaching with senior consultants
  • Annual compensation review at the 12-month mark

Payment is in AUD via Wise or Deel. Fully remote, work from anywhere in the Philippines with stable internet.
