About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and help scale a platform that connects customers with qualified builders for construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate has experience in lead generation, understands the construction or property tech space, and is passionate about helping homeowners and builders find the right match.This role is vital in driving customer acquisition, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for successful project partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers and builder partners through outbound calls, emails, and social platforms
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit for our platform
- Schedule meetings and hand off warm leads to the Account Executive or Business Development team
- Manage and update CRM with accurate lead data and follow-up activity
- Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns
- Educate prospects on platform features, benefits, and the onboarding process
- Maintain a consistent outreach cadence and hit daily/weekly outreach targets
- Provide market feedback to help improve the platform and sales strategy
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Comfortable making cold calls and sending outbound emails
- Knowledge of or interest in the construction/renovation industry is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented
