About the role
iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. is seeking a talented and driven Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by proactively identifying and securing new sales opportunities, as well as nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.This is a full-time position that offers excellent career development opportunities within a rapidly growing technology company.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify, pursue and close new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and potential customers
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are fully understood and met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that address client requirements
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform sales and business development initiatives
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation and closing of deals
- Participate in industry events, conferences and networking activities to raise the company's profile and identify new leads
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical sales or account management role, preferably within the IT/software industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing client accounts
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems
- Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
