Job Title: Loan Processor Training Assistant - Ortigas, Pasig

JOB OBJECTIVE:

To assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of training programs for Loan Processors in order to improve their knowledge, skills, and compliance with company policies, loan documentation procedures, and regulatory requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Training Officer in preparing training materials, presentations, and manuals related to loan processing and documentation.
• Coordinate training schedules, venues, and participants for loan-related training programs.
• Prepare and maintain training records, attendance sheets, and evaluation reports.
• Provide administrative support during training sessions, seminars, and workshops.
• Monitor the progress of trainees and assist in evaluating their performance during training programs.
• Assist in the preparation of training assessments, post-tests, and learning evaluations.
• Ensure all training documents and materials are organized and properly filed.
• Support the implementation of training programs on loan policies, documentation, compliance, and systems.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding training requirements for Loan Processors.
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the Training Officer or Department Head.

Qualifications/Requirements

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or any related course.
• With basic knowledge of loan processing and documentation procedures.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferably with experience in training coordination or loan processing.
