ADC PROPERTY VENTURES, INC. is a Cebu based real estate company engaged in property leasing, real estate development and development of memorial parks. We own and developed Cebu’s Premier Memorial Park, FINISTERRE GARDENZ.

GENERAL MANAGER

Qualifications:

• A CPA Lawyer with at least five (5) years of relevant experience in legal and/or administrative roles
• Competent in computer applications (such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, among others)
• Must be honest, trainable, and highly motivated
• Must be able to work with less supervision, efficient and well organized
• Must have good leadership skills and a team player
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in dealing with government agencies is desired but is not absolutely necessary

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with keen attention to detail.
