Purchasing specialist

Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and monitoring the delivery of materials, supplies, and services to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement operations.

• Process purchase requests and prepare purchase orders.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best value for the company.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding procurement requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
• Resolve issues related to shortages, delays, or defective items.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Prepare purchasing reports and other related documents.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Can drive a manual motorcycle and possesses a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork when necessary.
