Overview:
We’re looking for a Report Developer to join our Business Intelligence and Application Support team. This person will be responsible for building reports and dashboards which is crucial for ensuring the smooth day-to-day analytics needs. This role will also provide support, maintenance, and enhancement of our internal reporting and analytics solutions, primarily built using Business Objects (BO), SQL, Power BI, and Squirrel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and build dashboards or reports as needed
- Work with the Analytics team to ensure the requirements are clear and we have all the data points to build the reports
- Provide day-to-day operational support for business intelligence products and dashboards built in Squirrel, Business Objects (BO), and Power BI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with reports, data sources, queries, and dashboards.
- Manage user questions, service requests, and small enhancement requests related to reporting tools and data products.
- Monitor performance and data integrity across systems; proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with data and product teams to understand and document recurring issues or feature enhancements.
- Learn and eventually contribute to building new analytics applications and reporting products.
- Assist with documentation, change management, and release activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
- 2–4 years of experience as a report or a dashboard developer
Strong proficiency in:
- SQL – writing and debugging complex queries
- Power BI – maintaining and troubleshooting reports and dashboards
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to dive deep into data and technical issues
- Clear communication skills – both written and verbal – to handle business stakeholder interactions
- Attention to detail and a customer-service mindset
Nice to Have / Preferred:
- Exposure to SAP BO, Squirrel or willingness to learn it
- Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow)
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices
- Experience working in Agile or iterative development/support environments
- Basic understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines
