Qualifications & experience
Bachelor’s Degree on Business Administration, Commerce or any business related courses
Minimum of 2-4 years relevant work experience with at least 2 years supervisory role in retail and sales industry

Background knowledge in sales and retail industry

Tasks & responsibilities
Conducts daily walk about and monitoring in the selling area to maximize selling operations activities

Coordinates with Store Operations Managers (SOM), merchandising team and support groups to ensure 100% harmonious selling operations, execution of the plans and programs, and all issues and concerns are addressed accordingly

Supervises activities and performance of subordinates to ensure maximum output of the team

Prepares daily or periodic report such as Out of Stock Report, Canvassed Prices, Overstocking, non-moving items, monthly damage, and other similar reports as may be required by the SOM (Store Operations Manager)
