ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Oversees in Accounting team ensuring the accuracy of financial records and reports
- Managing staff, supervising daily transactions like accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliations, and leading the month-end and year-end close processes
- Preparing financial statements and budgets, implementing internal controls, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with financial laws and standards
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making, monitor cash flow, and provide strategic insights
- Coordinate with other department heads to monitor spending and ensure departments stay within budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business and other related or suitable courses.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
