Job Summary

The HR/Admin Assistant supports the Human Resources department with a primary focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. This role is responsible for assisting in the end-to-end hiring process, maintaining employee records, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support
  • Post job vacancies on platforms such as JobStreet, Indeed, and LinkedIn
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Conduct initial phone or virtual screenings when needed
  • Prepare job offers and assist in onboarding new hires
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and applicant databases
Administrative Tasks
  • Maintain and update employee records (201 files)
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts, memos, and reports
  • Monitor attendance and leave records (if assigned)
  • Handle general clerical and administrative duties
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee information
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in recruitment or HR support is an advantage
