NUTSRV PHILIPPINES CORP., a PEZA registered export enterprise mainly engaged in Modifying, Producing, and Assembling of Parts for (Cabs, Vans, and/or Shells) for Camping Cars and/or Recreation Vehicles including the marking and designing of its interior furniture and accessories and fabrication of molder for its parts and accessories and the assembly of recreational vehicles such as motorhomes and camper vans/cabs which is located at 3rd Avenue, 5th Street, MEZ 1, Ibo, Lapu-Lapu City, is in need of additional personnel to fill in the position below:

DOMESTIC SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

Domestic Sales & Business Development
  • Support the implementation of domestic sales strategies
  • Develop and improve sales processes and systems
  • Establish KPI management and reporting systems
  • Manage and improve customer relationship processes
  • Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements
  • Identify opportunities for domestic market expansion
Project Management
  • Monitor project progress and implementation
  • Manage schedules, timelines, and action plans
  • Track KPIs and project deliverables
  • Identify and manage risks and issues
  • Coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events
  • Monitor customer projects and sales opportunities
Sales & Marketing Management
  • Monitor sales and marketing activities
  • Manage customer databases and sales records
  • Track quotations and business opportunities
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends
  • Prepare monthly management reports
Team Leadership & Operations
  • Support the management of Sales and Marketing personnel
  • Monitor team performance and KPI achievement
  • Review daily activity reports
  • Coordinate driver schedules and assignments
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities
  • Support employee development initiatives
Meeting & Communication Management
  • Organize internal and external meetings
  • Prepare agendas and meeting materials
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes
  • Monitor action items and deadlines
  • Coordinate customer visits and business meetings
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with Production
  • Coordinate inventory and purchasing concerns with Materials
  • Coordinate administrative matters with Administration
  • Follow up project status across departments
  • Improve communication and information-sharing processes
External Relations Support
  • Support corporate customer relationship activities
  • Assist in government-related projects and communications
  • Support dealer development initiatives
  • Assist in exhibitions and marketing events
  • Prepare business proposals and presentations

Probationary Assignment (First 3 Months)

During the probationary period, the successful candidate will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the company's Domestic Sales and Marketing Operations. The assessment will cover:

  • Sales Department
  • Marketing Department
  • Driver Operations
  • Production Department
  • Materials Department
  • Administration Department
  • Corporate Accounts
  • Government Projects
  • Marketing Campaigns
  • Exhibition and Event Activities

The candidate will evaluate:

  • Current responsibilities and workload distribution

  • Customer handling processes
  • Sales processes and workflows
  • Marketing activities and effectiveness
  • Cross-department coordination processes
  • Reporting structures
  • Opportunity and project management systems

Expected Deliverables

At the end of the probationary period, the candidate will submit a comprehensive management report containing:

  • Domestic sales expansion recommendations
  • Sales process improvement proposal
  • Sales and marketing organizational improvement plans
  • KPI management enhancement proposals
  • Cross-functional coordination improvement recommendations
  • Future branch operation and management recommendations

The quality of the assessment, recommendations, leadership capability, and project management performance will be key factors in determining regularization and future promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Management, Entrepreneurship, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willing to work closely with multiple departments
  • Willing to travel when necessary
Preferred
  • Experience in project coordination, business development, sales operations, or management-related functions
  • Experience in B2B sales, corporate accounts, or government projects is an advantage
  • Leadership experience in school organizations, professional organizations, or previous employment is highly desirable
