Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell health care products and services such as medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, diagnostic services, or health packages
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and other health care partners
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research, referrals, and client visits
- Conduct product presentations and explain features, benefits, and proper usage
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts
- Process sales orders and coordinate with operations or logistics for timely delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales concerns professionally
- Ensure compliance with health care laws, ethical standards, and company policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in sales, preferably in the health care, pharmaceutical, or medical industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical or medical information clearly
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Willing to do fieldwork and client visits
- Sales and marketing skills
