No BPO experience? You are absolutely welcome to apply as long as you have at least 6 months of face-to-face or non-BPO sales experience (like retail, sales associate, promoter, or telemarketing). Of course, candidates with at least 6 months of BPO experience are highly encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond professionally to customer calls and messages, identifying their needs and providing accurate product or service information.
- Proactively match customers with the right products or upgrades, confidently overcoming objections to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and secure your incentives.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving account, billing, or service issues efficiently on the first contact.
- Update customer profiles, log interaction details, and process transactions accurately in the company’s database during and after every call.
- Participate actively in coaching sessions, team huddles, and training programs to constantly sharpen your sales techniques and product knowledge.
- At least 6 months of BPO / Call Center experience is required.
- Open to career shifters! If you don't have call center experience but have at least 6 months of non-BPO sales experience (like retail sales or field marketing), we want you on our team!
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic technical literacy and familiarity with digital streaming platforms and apps.
- Willing to work onsite in Sparks Place Cubao, Quezon City, on shifting schedules (including night shift).
