Service Crew key responsibilities.
Greet customers warmly, accurately take orders, and ensure a positive, friendly experience. Efficiently operate the POS system and handle all cash and electronic payments with accuracy. Prepare and present food and beverages according to company quality and safety standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary environment in all work, dining, and restroom areas. Collaborate with colleagues, restock supplies, and handle multiple tasks calmly, especially during peak hours.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Senior High School graduate).
Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Physically fit, able to stand for extended periods, and capable of lifting moderate weight (e.g., inventory boxes).
Must be highly reliable, punctual, and possess a strong, ethical work ethic, especially concerning cash handling.
