About the role

Premium Bakery 27°C' is seeking a dedicated Service Crew to join our dynamic team in Cebu Central Visayas. As a full-time member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery.

• Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assisting customers with order placements and guiding them through our product offerings
• Efficiently handling cash transactions and providing accurate change
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all service areas are well-stocked and presentable
• Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns

• Proficient English communication skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and helpful service
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and protocols
• A positive attitude and a commitment to contributing to a collaborative team environment
