Major Deliverables
  • Lead and oversee all facets of Human Resources, ensuring the effective execution of HR processes, strong team performance, and alignment with organizational goals as a strategic partner to Top Management.
  • Ensure all business units are supported by competent, engaged employees through effective HR programs, sound policies, a positive corporate culture, and full regulatory compliance.
  • Establish, develop, and lead the HR Department by coaching, mentoring, and driving overall team performance.
  • Continuously enhance and innovate HR systems and processes, positioning HR as a strategic and value-adding function.
  • Maintain an effective organizational structure that supports organizational development, including the implementation of Performance Management Systems (PMS), talent management strategies, and proactive HR interventions.
  • Develop and implement a competitive and sustainable compensation and benefits framework aligned with company strategy and market standards.
  • Collaborate with Top Management and external consultants in the development and execution of organizational strategies, policies, and programs.
  • Provide timely HR analytics, insights, and strategic recommendations, while keeping Top Management informed of key HR developments, risks, and concerns.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Design, implement, and monitor HR programs, systems, and initiatives across the organization.
  2. Develop and manage an effective Performance Management System (PMS), including performance evaluations, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and training needs analysis.
  3. Review and recommend competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards programs aligned with business objectives, market standards, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Partner with Business Unit Heads in setting departmental goals and KPIs, and provide guidance in team management and development.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders in developing, reviewing, and updating company policies to ensure relevance and compliance.
  6. Maintain an effective organizational structure through regular review and alignment of job roles and descriptions.
  7. Lead Talent Management initiatives, including:
  • Talent retention and succession planning
  • Training and Development program design and implementation
  • Workforce analytics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, exit data) to drive continuous improvement
  1. Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations, while maintaining up-to-date HR knowledge through continuous learning and benchmarking.
  2. Prepare and present regular HR reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to Top Management.
Authorities
  • Recommend personnel actions including hiring, promotion, transfer, disciplinary measures, and termination, subject to Top Management approval.
  • Approve HR documents, reports, and internal communications.
  • Enforce company policies, labor laws, and disciplinary procedures across all business units.
  • Access and manage confidential employee and organizational data for HR decision-making.
  • Initiate and implement HR and organizational development programs within approved budgets.
  • Represent the organization in labor-related matters, compliance requirements, and external HR engagements.
  • Recommend enhancements to company policies, compensation structures, and organizational design.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of HR experience
  • At least three (3) years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Experience handling multiple business units is an advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership and external partners
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and all HR facets
  • Strong background in Organizational Development (required)
