Major Deliverables
- Oversee and manage the Construction and Logistics Business Units, ensuring overall profitability and operational excellence.
- Drive revenue growth and cost efficiency through strategic planning, execution, and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets while maintaining strict control over operational costs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, margins, productivity, equipment utilization, and downtime.
- Ensure maximum utilization of equipment through effective deployment, client expansion, and revenue optimization initiatives.
- Minimize equipment downtime through the implementation of robust Preventive Maintenance (PMS) programs.
- Oversee fuel monitoring systems and enforce cost-control measures to manage operational expenses.
- Administer and ensure compliance with rental agreements and contractual obligations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Serve as Business Unit Head for Construction, accountable for overall performance and profitability.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate with support groups to ensure proper resource allocation and project feasibility.
- Manage operational costs while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Serve as Business Unit Head for Logistics, accountable for overall performance and profitability.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, expand the client base, and grow revenue streams.
- Maximize equipment utilization through strategic deployment, scheduling, and market expansion.
- Implement and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PMS) programs to reduce downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Oversee fuel monitoring systems and enforce cost-control initiatives.
- Track and analyze KPIs including revenue, margins, productivity, utilization rates, and downtime.
- Manage rental agreements, ensuring compliance with contract terms and achievement of profitability targets.
- Strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and contractors to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and submit performance reports with strategic insights and recommendations to Top Management.
- Escalate high-risk contractual, financial, safety, or operational issues for executive decision-making.
- Represent the company in client, partner, and stakeholder engagements related to Construction and Logistics operations.
- Implement project execution plans, timelines, and cost-control strategies to achieve profitability targets.
- Negotiate and execute rental agreements, service contracts, and client engagements within delegated authority.
- Approve equipment deployment, reassignment, and utilization plans to maximize revenue.
- Approve and enforce Preventive Maintenance (PMS) schedules and corrective maintenance actions.
- Implement and oversee fuel monitoring and cost-control systems.
- Approve operational and equipment-related expenditures within assigned limits.
- Represent the company in external engagements involving Construction and Logistics operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operations management within a related industry
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end Construction and Logistics operations
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong client management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Above-market salary starting at ₱60,000/month (for candidates with 5 years’ experience)
- 13th Month Pay (mandatory)
- 14th & 15th Month Pay (performance- and retention-based)
- 15 Vacation Leave credits (convertible to cash)

- HMO coverage up to ₱200,000/year (upon regularization)
- Signing Bonus: ₱50,000
- Relocation Assistance:
- From Manila: ₱80,000 – ₱120,000
- From Cebu/Davao: ₱40,000 – ₱70,000
- One-way flight to Cotabato (employee + spouse)
- 5–7 days hotel accommodation upon arrival
- Airport transfers
- Free accommodation for the first 3 months
- Housing allowance of ₱12,000 – ₱15,000/month thereafter
- Four (4) roundtrip economy tickets per year (convertible to cash)
- Family support: ₱50,000/year per child (up to 2 children, after 1 year)
- College scholarship support for up to 2 children (after 2 years)
- Retention Bonus: ₱100,000 after 18 months
