Marketing assistant

Job Description

• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed for the CEO/ President
• Provide reminders and follow-up as necessary to ensure punctuality and preparedness for meetings.
• Coordinate and facilitate projects as assigned by the Management, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
• Assists CEO and the Management with sales and marketing related concerns and all other work concerns.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing assistant on exhibits, promotions, marketing collateral, and etc.
• Update marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
• Update materials for all the company’s social media platform and websites.
• Provide sales quotations to customers.
• Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
• Promoting and driving the sales of a company’s goods or services
• Assist in planning and organizing company events, including conferences, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Other tasks assigned from time to time by the Management
