MARKETING ASSISTANT

Job Duties And Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and suppliers for marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, including social media metrics and customer feedback.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website and digital content.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Support events, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to marketing (e.g., maintaining databases, managing marketing inventory)
  • Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree Holder (Highly Encourage Fresh graduate)
  • Prior experience in marketing or social media management is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and basic graphic tools; knowledge of digital advertising tools is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
  • Creative and willing to learn new tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
