We are looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor who is passionate about food safety, quality systems, and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a developing food manufacturing company and contribute to building strong quality practices.

• Conduct inspections of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitation, hygiene, and food safety practices within the production facility.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
• Investigate quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and related documentation.
• Support customer, regulatory, and internal quality audits.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, and Product Development to promote product quality and continuous improvement.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help strengthen the company's quality management practices.

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply. Applicants with 1–3 years of experience in food manufacturing are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality assurance principles.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Organized, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to work on-site in San Luis, Antipolo City.
