Is currently looking for:

HR STAFF/NURSE

Key Responsibilities:

Health & Wellness (Company Nurse Duties):

• Provide basic first aid and initial medical care to employees as needed.
• Assist in the coordination of annual physical exams and health-related programs.
• Maintain employee health records and ensure confidentiality.
• Monitor employee health and safety compliance.

Human Resources Support:

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of new hires.
• Help manage employee records and HR files.
• Support HR processes such as timekeeping, benefits administration, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in implementing company policies and employee communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
• RN license is a plus but not required.
• First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) training is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with different departments.
