Qualifications:
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
- Knowledgeable in timekeeping and compensation & benefits
- With basic knowledge of Department of Labor and Employment labor laws
- Willing to assist and support other HR and administrative tasks as needed
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
- Experience in the ESL industry is an advantage
- At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
