Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Head Technician to lead and manage the daily operations of our automotive service workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise all activities within the automotive service workshop.
- Conduct diagnostics, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain vehicles to ensure peak performance and safety.
- Monitor workflow and uphold top-tier service standards.
- Provide training, mentorship, and motivation to mechanics and technicians to foster a productive team environment.
- Ensure proper handling of tools and equipment while strictly following safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Technician, Senior Auto Mechanic, or a similar leadership role.
- Expertise in automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and vehicle repair.
- Practical experience working with brands such as Toyota, Mitsubishi, and other similar vehicle makes.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work and ensuring customer satisfaction.
