Safety Officer 3/PCO (URGENT)

This position is responsible for maintaining positive client relationships, monitoring project personnel, and overseeing administrative functions including operations, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

General Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee company-wide health and safety programs.
• Facilitate the Mandatory 8-Hour Safety and Health Training for newly hired employees, along with other specialized safety training sessions.
• Conduct regular safety assessments across all project sites.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and requirements set by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive safety documentation, including incident reports, investigations, and recommendations.
• Support the achievement of departmental objectives and business goals through additional tasks assigned by the superior.
• Apply ISO standards and practices in safety management and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• Holder of a valid certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a safety officer role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in ISO compliance and implementation is highly preferred.
