Job Title: Technical Support Representative (TSR)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Representative (TSR) with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to assist customers with technical inquiries and concerns. This role focuses on providing accurate, efficient, and professional support across multiple channels, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through timely resolution and expert guidance

• 6 months- 1 year Call Center Experience
• Preferably IT Related Educational Background
• Strong Communication Skills
• Recommended Tech Exp. with DirecTv, Helpdesk, HP and Dell products (printers, desktop, laptop)
• For Telco – Must have Exp with Broadbands or Internet and should have Advanced Troubleshooting Exp
• Basic Troubleshooting and Exp with Mobile phones only cannot be Profiled to Interface.
• Financial Tech and Software Troubleshooting alone is also not Qualified.
