We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment operations. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in HR and specialize in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding).
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and shortlisting of candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Support employer branding and recruitment activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Perform other recruitment-related tasks assigned by the TA team.
- With or without prior recruitment experience (training will be provided).
- Graduate of any 4-year course (Psychology, HR, Business, Communications, or related fields preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable using MS Office and online recruitment tools.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment and deliver within deadlines.
