Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst (Hybrid) - Manila

About the role

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Metro Manila. As the Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst at Seven Seven Global Services, Inc.', you will play a crucial part in the company's financial accounting and reporting operations. This position requires strong technical skills in accounts receivable management and a keen eye for detail.

• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, collections, and credit control
• Prepare and analyse aged accounts receivable reports to identify and resolve outstanding balances
• Process customer payments and apply cash receipts accurately
• Liaise with customers to address billing inquiries and facilitate timely payments
• Maintain and update the accounts receivable sub-ledger, ensuring data integrity
• Support the month-end close process by providing accurate accounts receivable information
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other reporting requirements
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the accounts receivable function

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial accounting role
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable principles, policies, and procedures
• Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial reporting tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Effective communication and customer service skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve targets
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
